The company was formed early in 2026 and is headed up by John E Haigh BSC MRICS FAAV. Following 35 years establishing and growing the business, John is well placed to advise clients old and new.

John is the managing director of Goldsborough Land Consultancy Limited and leads the advisory work it provides.
He brings a lifetime’s involvement in farming and rural property, with a particular interest in planning and development. He is often called upon to help clients understand complex situations and find a practical route forward.
Outside the business, John’s interests revolve around family. When time allows, he enjoys being out in the countryside and exploring new challenges.
